Tarpaulin Problems

The most important factor to consider before
purchasing a tarp is the resistance to sunlight or ultraviolet
(UV) damage. Some imported polyethelene
tarps last less than 6 months in the sun. More Expensive
Heavy Duty Tarps are guaranteed for 2 years and
the Extra Heavy Duty are guaranteed for 3 years.
They will, of course last much longer – possibly well
over 4 years without significant loss of strength or
degradation if the maximum UV protection is used
in their manufacture.

The barn budget would only stretch to a cheap imported polyethylene tarpaulin!

It's tricky to find somewhere to attach the tarpaulin ropes to.
