The vendor is selling with a lapsed CU and Permis de construire, we have since recieved a new CU and have reaplied for the permis, it looks like we'll need to start from scratch as far as the services are concerned, the fosse is a nightmare, one mini digger to buy and sell backI think, it'll also do the GSHP runs and other drainage, I wont ramble on any longer but thanks for all the info.
